BOOK ORDERS
I will be sending home a book order form from Scholastic book club. Children love to get books and this will help encourage them to read. Our class also earns bonus points and free books when your child orders these great books from the club.
TRANSPORTATION
If your child is going to go home a different way than usual, please call the school (623) 445-4100, so the office can let me know and I can let your child know. Also parents, please be patient with the Parent Pick-up area off 35th Ave. If your child can ride a bus home, please let him/her do so, to help relieve the congestion in that area.
LUNCH TICKETS
If possible, please send in a check to cover several days™≠ worth of lunches so your child can get a lunch ticket at a $1.75 per day. That way they won™≠t accidentally lose lunch money. The cafeteria will give children a cheese sandwich and a carton of milk if they don™≠t have a ticket or money. You can also join your child for lunches however, please sign in and out at the office. Adult lunches cost $2.50 ™ã a bargain for the excellent food they serve! If you qualify for reduced or free lunches please send in the form as soon as possible.
